- 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables1 1/2 Cups
- 12 Ounces Thin Egg Noodles, Uncooked12 Ounces
Combine broth and Italian meatballs in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat, stirring once.
Stir in vegetables; return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
Stir in noodles; continue to simmer until meatballs and vegetables are heated through and noodles are tender, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
