- 16 Ounces Bowtie Pasta, Uncooked16 Ounces
- 1 (14 Ounce) Package Armour® Original Turkey Meatballs, Thawed1 (14 Ounce) Package
- 2 Cups Thawed Frozen Mixed Vegetables2 Cups
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil1/4 Cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine meatballs, vegetables and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cover; simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until meatballs and vegetables are heated through, stirring once.
Drain pasta reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid. Add pasta and cooking liquid to meatball mixture. Season with salt and pepper and top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
