- Armour Italian Meatballs, Thawed
- 4 Large Russet Potatoes4
- 1 Quart Whipping Cream1 Quart
- 2 Tbsp. Butter2 Tbsp.
- 1 Tsp. Granulated Onion1 Tsp.
- 3 Springs Tsp. Fresh Parsley3 Springs Tsp.
- 1 Tsp. Salt1 Tsp.
- 1 Tsp. Pepper1 Tsp.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.
Thinly slice meatballs. Set aside.
Peel potatoes and slice into 1/4 inch slices. Mix together with meatballs in the waiting baking dish.
Add whipping cream, butter, granulated onion, parsley, salt and pepper to the meatball and potatoes, slightly stirring to distribute ingredients. Place in oven for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender. Remove from oven.
